ATTENDANCE / LEARNING SUPPORT
After a long period of working within the hospital administration sector, Diane joins Hopefields for a complete career change, bringing her excellent organisation and interpersonal skills to our school.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys camping all across the UK, cooking Indian food and also teaches dog training for a local club.
LEARNING SUPPORT
With previous roles in dental nursing and supporting learners in schools, Charlotte joins Hopefields alongside teaching staff to enable young people to reach their full potential.
An avid gym-goer, Charlotte enjoys spending time exercising and socialising with friends, alongside eating Chinese food.
LEARNING SUPPORT - LEAD FOR TEAM TEACH
With significant experience in the care of young people (specifically with learners who are in the care of the local authority) Craig supports across the school groups on a day-to-day basis.
After school, Craig spends time with his young family and visiting classic car shows.
LEARNING SUPPORT
Jolene is currently completing the Level 4 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Specialist Schools. She joined Hopefields in January 2022 to facilitate the learning and social needs of students across KS4 and 5.
In her spare time, Jolene likes working out at the gym and walking her two lurchers, Peggy and Skye.
LEARNING SUPPORT
Nicola has spent her time at home raising her young family, and draws upon her own life experiences to support all young people across the school setting. With a family of boys at home, Nicola has very little spare time indeed but enjoys spending time with her extended family.
LEARNING SUPPORT
After completing his further education studies in art and design and interactive media, Jonathan has worked in a variety of roles including as a shop assistant, primary school assistant and latterly supporting those who found themselves homeless. John has always wanted a career in teaching, with intentions to help lead young individuals to a brighter future.
In his spare time he likes to create art pieces for his portfolio, play video games (when he gets the chance) and spend quality time with friends and family.
LEARNING SUPPORT
After working across a number of different schools in Teesside over the last 9 years, Becca joins Hopefields as a learning support assistant, and is happiest when helping young people be able to see and achieve their full potential.
When not at work, Becca has a busy home life with three children who keep her very active.
LEARNING SUPPORT
CJ has been part of Hopefields from the start. After completing a Level 3 in Equine Management, CJ worked with horses and animals before moving into the sphere of education support.
In her spare time, CJ enjoys all things horsey, rescuing animals, going to the cinema and travelling.
LEARNING SUPPORT
A former student, Keira is well-versed in the Nurtured Heart Approach and the impact it has on the lives of young people. She believes that education has a profound impact on the lives of children, and can see this transformation in her own life journey. After leaving school, Keira completed an apprenticeship and worked in customer service, before joining the team at Hopefields again, this time in a different capacity. Outside of school, Keira enjoys go-karting and has a thrill for speed.
